Consent Information - Look N Learn

I hereby give my wholehearted consent to participate in voluntary seva at Look N Learn Trust.

I understand that this participation is purely voluntary seva and undertaken out of my own free will, for the activities of the said trust.

My participation is voluntary, and I am in good health.

I agree to follow the Trust’s rules and regulations during my seva activities, which may include teaching, helping the needy, and organizing events.

I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I may be asked to discontinue from activities if found unfit.

I release Look N Learn and its team from liability for any injury or loss during my seva.

I consent to my image being used for Shasan Prabhavna.

I agree and hold harmless “Look N Learn” from any claims, any personal/professional/family matters, liabilities, expenses, etc.

I will follow the ethical guidelines of “Look N Learn”.

I, with the consent of my family/guardian, voluntarily participate in seva at Look N Learn and acknowledge that Look N Learn will not be responsible for any personal, social, or emotional matters, and I indemnify Look N Learn against any claims arising from my participation.
